Calvin Lenox Kellams is a composer, songwriter, producer, and musician. He thrives in creative, collaborative environments and has a passion for storytelling through music.

During his studies at the University of Vermont, he composed and produced the music for eight student films, collaborating with film directors and musicians to tell stories through the fusion of music and film. His compositions range from neoclassical orchestral to big band jazz to hybrid electro-acoustic music.

As a producer, Calvin wrote, produced, and released his debut cinematic pop album, ‘Silver Moon,’ on all streaming platforms in 2024, and assisted in the production of one album and one EP for his a cappella group. He has been trained in the production, composition, performance, business, and technology of music and is set to complete his bachelor’s degree in music business and technology with a minor in film and television studies in May of 2026.

As a jazz singer and pianist, Calvin has performed at venues such as wineries, pubs, restaurants, and bars. He loves to connect with local communities through song, which he has done through performance at local venues and through teaching music to preschoolers during his junior and senior year at UVM.

Calvin also arranges for SATB vocal groups and has sold several arrangements to various choirs and a cappella groups online. He has arranged seventeen songs during his time as music director of his a cappella group ‘Zest,’ several of which have been professionally produced and released across streaming platforms.
